Sr. Officer – Yard Management We are looking for a technically strong individual to join us as a Sr. Officer YardManagement to manage and oversee idle and surplus heavy equipment in theyard, including reactivation, mobilization, and overall asset readiness. The roleinvolves handling technical assessments, coordinating equipment movement, andensuring proper maintenance and documentation to support operational anddisposal requirements. Requirements Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other related engineering major. Having 2 year of experience working in Plant as Foreman, Maintenance Planner, or Plant Asset Management. BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certificate is mandatory. Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan. 2. Sr. Officer – Safety Analyst We are looking for an analytical individual to join us as a Sr. Officer Safety Analystto monitor and analyze SHE leading and lagging performance, provide technicalevaluation of SHE programs, and support management through accurate insightsand preparation for internal and external SHE discussions, to drive continuousimprovement in safety performance. Requirements Minimum bachelor’s degree in K3, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or any other related major. Having 2 year of experience working in HSE setting. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Familiar with various Data Analysis techniques. Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan. 3. Officer – Manpower Support (MPS) We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented individual to join us as an OfficerManpower Support (MPS) to ensure accurate personnel administration, andtimely workforce deployment, while proactively coordinating with site operations,monitoring contractor manpower compliance, and maintaining reliable workforcedata to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted mining operations. Requirements: Diploma’s degree (D3) in any major. Minimum 2 year of experience in Mining Company as MPS. Strong ability in Analytical Thinking and Communication Skill. Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan. 4. Officer – Survey Data Processing We are looking for a precise and analytical individual to join us as an Officer –Survey Data Processing to ensure accurate and timely processing of survey data,reliable generation of mining maps and reports, and effective data management,while proactively coordinating with surveyors and mine operations, maintainingdata integrity, and supporting informed decision-making to ensure safe, efficient,and well controlled mining activities. Requirements: Diploma’s degree (D3) in any major. Minimum 2 year of experience in Mining Survey Data Processing. Familiar with Orthophoto and LiDAR. Strong ability in Data Processing. Willing to be placed at our Jobsite in Kalimantan. 5. Group Leader – HSE (K3L) We are looking for a proactive and disciplined individual to join us as a GroupLeader (Foreman) – HSE (Health, Safety, & Environment) to ensure the effectiveimplementation of safety procedures, consistent compliance with HSE standards,and active hazard identification in the field, while supervising workforce safetybehavior, coordinating safety programs, and promoting a strong safety culture tosupport safe, compliant, and incident-free mining operations. Requirements: Diploma’s degree (D3) in any major. Minimum 2 year of experience as a Foreman HSE. Having AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum) certificate is preferable.
